Ingredients: 1 pound beef cubes
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 can beef broth
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tpsp paprika
Type Your Recipe: In a large stock pot over medium high heat, brown beef cubes in vegetable oil. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Add chopped onion, minced garlic and paprika. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for one hour or until meat and vegetables are tender.
